It’s 2019 & my fitness advice is:
Focus on your mental health instead of trying to alter your appearance.
- Environmental: identify scents, textures, music/sounds, people, colors, and places that make you feel safe/happy/calm
- Social: surround yourself with positivity, cleanse/diversify your social media, unfollow your exes & delete old photos, and be forgiving
- Individual: practice positive self-talk, learn how to compliment yourself/accept compliments, and write out any problems/bad thoughts then dispose of them
Prioritize your mind, and rest assured, you will find the strength to nurture your body instead of hating it.
